My shins hurt a little bit during the race as well as the inside of my right knee. Girls did amazing!! We won and so did our boys.

Sunnyside park tempo runs. Felt pretty good throughout the whole thing. Shins hurt a tiny bit.

2 mi warm up through the gulley. 1 mile speed changes, One 800, one recovery, eight 400s, with recoveries, mile cool down. phew. Right shins hurt a little bit, could've been worse though. Thoroughly exhausting workout. My fastest 400 was 1:20 with the slowest 1:40ish.
