Long-Term Running Goals:
Ran mostly in the rain but it felt nice. My shins hurt a bit at the beginning..
I sort of messed up my ankle in the last minute. Gr. I think it'll be fine. I've done it before.
I felt better than the last time I ran 15 miles. Maybe it was because it was cool (raining).
