I was planning on running on a tred mill at our hotel, however, the hotel didn't have a workout room and I couldn't run in Pasadena by myself. Thus, I have barely ran the past few days.
Foot drill.
Four mile run. Ran with mouth closed during beginning to practice breathing through the nose.
6 x100 m strides barefoot.
