I got really sick in the middle of doing a high ropes course. I had a fever for 8 hours and chills and stayed in bed until the middle of the next day. I felt TERRIBLE.
I figure I should let my body rest and heal. I will start running again on Monday. I'm supposed to reach 40 miles/week in just about 2 more weeks. I only got in 25 mi last week. Argggh!
