5 milish; 2 mile warm up, 2 1/2 mile of 1 minute fast/1 minutes slow (I had a really tough time!), and finished with cool down.

1 set of bursts (is that what they are?), 1 set of lunges, 2 sets of 45 second wall sits, 6 minutes to a six pack workout

I set my alarm this morning but didn't turn it on! Thus I missed practice and ran a short run around noon.  I felt sore this day from the tough practice the day before.

5k Race this morning: It was a nice, flat road course and was my first 5k since last xc season. I did much better than I thought I would. My time was 24.58 and I placed first in my age division. Yay! It's going to be a good xc season.
