AM: 5 miles...................I don't even remember what we did? Oh yeah. Sugarhouse, hills, and back to the track. My shins hurt after the work out.
PM: Hot day. Speed work out, 1 mile warm, 1 mile speed change, built from 200 to 1000 m, adding 200 m each time with equal recovery on everything but the 1000 in which we had an 800 recovery. Went back down to 200. 1/2 mile cool down for me. My shins were killing me and I wanted to ice before work. Goodness, I was totally EXHAUSTED that night. Had to do homework when I got home. Blah. I'm too busy. |
